How it works?
STEP 1: GENERAL ENQUIRIES
For general enquiries about the services we offer please use our General Enquiry Form. In the form we ask you to specify your enquiry. We will get back to you within 12 working hours.
STEP 2: CONSULTATION PHASE
Book a Consultation
Once you have decided that you are interested in the services we offer you need to send us a e-mail, we will required some information to be able to contact you. Be sure this data will be kept secure and no commercial use will be ever done with it.
Once you have submitted the mail, you will receive an email with the answers to your questions. Only initial mail will be done without cost. With this first mail, instructions on how to pay will be attach. Payment can be made via bank transfer. If you become our client, this initial amount will be deducted of your monthly quotes.
Analysis
When payment is done, then we answer until ten emails and we create a proposal. Sometimes we will suggest running some paid-for research if your circumstances are complex and unusual.
Research
This will be carried out for unusually complex matters or for projects that involve specialized knowledge.
Proposal
We will then draw up a proposal for your project. This will be based on a monthly flat fee and potentially some additional consulting elements. Once submitted to you, we will wait until your approval.
STEP 3: ORDER AND IDENTIFICATION
Client submits order form
Once you are happy with the proposal, you submit our proposal with your signature anddetails to us. This contains all details we need from you such as the name of your company, the officers and shareholders etc.
Client submits identification documents
You will also need to send us identification documents. This is necessary for compliance with money laundering regulations, and many statutory fillings.
STEP 4: COMPANY SET-UP
Incorporation to our system
The company is incorporated. This normally takes 24 hours.
Virtual Office Set-up
We can offer you or office as your Spanish virtual office. Many companies need to have a Spanish address in order to be able to operate in the country (Tax agency claim´s it this way). We can also become your legal representant if needed
STEP 5: ONGOING CUSTOMER CARE
Support
We provide unlimited support just call or email whenever you have a question.
Payroll
On monthly basis we will keep you updated with your payroll needs and we will handle the payroll of your company. You will have permanent contact with our payroll specialists.
Bookkeeping
Keep sending us copies of your paperwork and our bookkeepers will do the rest in our online system.
Accounting
We prepare financial statements like ‘profit and loss’ and ‘balance sheet report’ on a regular basis.
Sales Tax Returns
Our qualified Spanish accountants prepare your quarterly VAT returns for submission to the authorities.
STEP 6: PRODUCTION OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND TAX RETURNS
At the end of your financial period our qualified Spanish accountants will prepare your year-end accounts and tax returns for submission to the authorities, that is Tax and Company House.
